These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BrokerVibe platform ("Service") operated by BrokerVibe ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is intended for use by licensed insurance brokers and agents ("Brokers"). By registering, you represent that you are a licensed professional authorized to conduct insurance business in your jurisdiction.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, including sending consent form signing links to clients who have an existing business relationship with you. You may not:
By using the SMS delivery feature, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from each recipient in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable messaging laws. BrokerVibe provides the technical platform only and is not liable for your use of SMS communications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@brokervibe.com.
You retain ownership of all consent documents and client data you upload or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that harms the Service or its users. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
