BrokerVibe operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from a licensed insurance broker or agent using the BrokerVibe platform.

Messages are sent by or on behalf of a licensed insurance broker or agent who uses BrokerVibe to manage client communications. The broker's name will be identified in the message. BrokerVibe provides the technology platform only.
You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from your broker through BrokerVibe. Consent may be given via a written authorization form, digital consent form, or verbally with documented confirmation.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages as described in these terms.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to a few messages per enrollment event or transaction. Messages are sent only when your broker initiates a relevant communication. You will not receive unsolicited marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from that broker via BrokerVibe.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any message, or contact your broker directly.

SMS messages are available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier availability may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

BrokerVibe may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
